Last Sunday was a very intense day. Right after our Wikimania 2021 workshop on Indicators for the Wikimedia Projects, I joined the Second International MIS2 Workshop: Misinformation and Misbehavior Mining on the Web. This workshop was held in conjunction with KDD 2021 venue for researchers working in, or adjacent to these diverse areas to coalesce around central and timely topics in online misinformation and misbehavior, and present recent advances in research.
I submitted a working paper with my colleague Diego Sáez-Trumper: A preliminary approach to knowledge integrity risk assessment in Wikipedia projects. The paper covers the initial steps of a research project to build a Wikipedia Knowledge Integrity Risk Observatory.
