II Conference on CyberPolitics

The National University of Distance Education organized the II Conference on CyberPolitics held in the Centre for Political and Constitutional Studies. The second edition of this conference was intended to discuss the new forms of communication and the impact of ICT in campaigns election and institutions, including new forms of social mobilization in the following panels:

  1. Campaigning
  2. Government and e-democracy
  3. Social Networking
  4. Social Mobilization
  5. Political Communication and Public Opinion
